Shipping and Return Policies

Opal and Findings shipping and return policy will inform you before you checkout, thus allowing you to purchase with confidence.  It lays out the ways Opal and Findings ships our product and how we handle returns.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Orders are shipped on business days, Monday—Friday. Orders placed after the cut off times below will be shipped the next business day. Business days are non-holidays Monday—Friday.
Transit time does not include the day an order is placed, holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Free Shipping 

 ALL FREE SHIPPING over $100 IS SENT VIA USPS STANDARD MAIL.  IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANER NOT DEPENDANT ON STANDARD SHIPPING YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE THE APPROPREATE SHIPPING METHOD THAT SUITES YOUR NEEDS. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by item wight, shipping size and destination.  All rates are automatically calculated through United States Postal Services Automatic feed and calculator. 

Missing or lost packages 

Here at Opal and Findings we do our best to make sure your package is not lost or missing.  Sometimes things don't go as planned with USPS and is out of our control. We do put tracking and insurances on packages.  If you OPT for the free shipping and your package is late we will have to wait an allotted time due to USPS.  Most allotted time is 10 to 14 days for the package to show up.

Returns Policy 

Opal and Findings stands by our products with a 10 day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, return it within 10 days. 

 Exceptions

  • Hazardous materials (if we receive returns containing hazardous material, a specialist properly disposes of the material and no refund is processed).
  • Special-order items 
  • Partially-used packages 
  • Items postmarked more than 180 days after the invoice date
  • Physically altered items 
  • Custom-made items
  • Wrong Size
  • Changed Mind 
  • ALL Gemstones are non returnable
We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after the 10-day warranty period or to charge additional restocking fees based on the original invoice date.

1st Give us an opportunity to help if you can not figure out your product, in most cases we can help you.  you can reach us by calling 760-420-3088
please provide your customer number, invoice number, product number(s) and the quantity being returned. Please include a return reason:

Valid reasons or return:

  • Wrong Item 
  • Damaged
  • Defective
If you contact us first, we may be able to provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Processing and Refunds 

We will handle your return within 5 business days of receiving it. Once the return is processed, we'll send you an email with the amount being refunded. Refunds typically take 23 business days after a return is processed. 
We will refund the invoice price by the original method of payment.
