The channels on this ring are fairly narrow but they were deeper than I expected which worked very well for opal inlay.

Likes:The center channel is slightly raised above the outside channels. This helped in flattening the stone, one channel at a time.

3 Channel Ring Blank
This blank was my first attempt at a 3 channel ring. It turned out great. I simply taped off the outside channels and then filled the middle first. Not sure if that's how others do it but it worked out very well.

Horse Memorial Ring
Used blank to make a memorial ring for a friend whose horse had died. Twisted strands of horse hair in the center channel; green crushed stone in the lower channel representing grass; sapphire blue tint in the top channel with bits of white opal for sky; had horse’s name engraved.

Good price, only wish the engraving was a bit more visible

Great Quality and shine so nice
I'm totally new to creating rings and though this core is just a tad more expensive than the ceramic and tungsten cores it is well worth the few extra dollar if you're looking to make something that will pop! Very durable and easy to polish up during finishing.
