Shipping policy
Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days Monday-Friday between 8 am - 5 pm Pacific time zone. Business days do not include holidays.
Carriers: We use the following carrier to deliver our orders: USPS
Shipping Time Estimates: Transit time estimates below do not include the day an order is placed, holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
- First-Class Mail: Estimated 3-21 days (free for orders over $50) Please note as per USPS as of October 2021 all first-class packages will be sent via ground. The state of Hawaii will be shipped by barge and may take up to 6 weeks.
- Priority Mail: Estimated 1-5 days
- Priority Mail Express: Next day to 2 days
*Note: If you need your order delivered faster or by a specific date, please select the appropriate shipping method (USPS First Class Mail can take up to 2-3 weeks at times with unforeseen delays).
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 are shipped for free via USPS First Class Mail.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined by item weight, package size, and destination. All rates are automatically calculated through the United States Postal Service automatic feed and calculator.
Order Tracking: If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders: If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the portion of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
