Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at Opal and Findings.

All products to be returned must be unopened and unused, in the same condition it was received. Used and opened items are not eligible for return.

Note: Custom products (including engraved items) are not eligible for return.

Contact us first by telephone within 5 business days of receiving the product to create an return merchandise authorization (RMA). Our telephone number is (760420-3088.

Once the RMA is created, the product can be shipped back to us. We will provide you with the address when you contact us on the telephone. Take care in packaging the items to be returned.

Customer pays for return shipping unless the wrong item or a defective item was shipped. Tracking is recommended in the case the return package gets lost.

Once we receive the returned item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process the refund. The total amount minus the original shipping and handling fees will be refunded to the original payment method used to purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
